Thomas André Sola is the Managing Director of APSCo Deutschland, the professional body representing the staffing industry in Germany. In this role, he supports recruitment businesses with market intelligence, benchmarking insights, and clear, actionable recommendations. As the publisher of STAFFINGPRENEUR and host of the “Recruitment on the Road” podcast, Thomas champions a data-driven approach to decision-making, helping businesses move beyond intuition to achieve more consistent and measurable results.
