Ann is the founder and Global CEO of APSCo - an international trade body representing the professional recruitment sector. Since its launch over 25 years ago, Ann has overseen the organisation's global growth to now include operations in the UK, Germany, Australia, and across Southeast Asia — most recently expanding into Malaysia. Ann currently features in the SIA ‘Global Power 50’ list of the most influential women in international recruitment. She is also one of the select recruitment sector leaders to have made the Staffing Industry Analysts Hall of Fame, which celebrates individuals in the recruitment field whose accomplishments, dedication and drive are making a difference to work today, and to what work will look like in the future. An award-winning business leader and inspirational keynote speaker, she is also the co-author of the best-selling ‘Professional Recruiter’s Handbook’.

Thomas André Sola is the Managing Director of APSCo Deutschland, the professional body representing the staffing industry in Germany. In this role, he supports recruitment businesses with market intelligence, benchmarking insights, and clear, actionable recommendations. As the publisher of STAFFINGPRENEUR and host of the “Recruitment on the Road” podcast, Thomas champions a data-driven approach to decision-making, helping businesses move beyond intuition to achieve more consistent and measurable results.

As an attorney at law Thomas advises clients in all aspects of employment and labour law (Arbeitsrecht) as well as social security law (Sozialversicherungsrecht). Furthermore, he represents clients in front of courts and authorities in litigation matters . He has headed the firm’s Employment & Social Security practice since 2021.
