Speaker: Jürgen Schäfer, Manager, entero AG This online seminar, aimed at all decision-makers in the recruitment industry, will cover the essentials on how to ensure good margins & competitiveness. We will focus on:

• An overview of the calculation components in the German staffing businesses - how can we calculate the minimum billing rate?
• The effects of various influencing factors of employee and administrative costs (such as wages, social security, unproductivity and working hours, for example) or contractual concessions to customers.
• To what extent do the cost structure and/or the calculated minimum charge correspond to the market price? Which changes can maintain competitiveness?

He has 20 years of experience in the German Staffing Industry in various management positions, with a main focus on branch planning and sales optimisation (CRM). He has worked for Randstad, Yacht, Adecco, cologne networks.
